There's some high quality prep football being played in the state of Pennsylvania. There are players that are "must see" for coaches, scouts and fans of the game. We're going to look at 5 athletes that we consider must see prospects in Pennsylvania.
Jay Wrona (2024, QB, , Pennsylvania)
Wrona is having an excellent senior season so far. He's shown that he can dominate the action and take over a game from the QB position. He has 4 games over 200 yards passing so far this season. Wrona can make big plays down the field, as evidenced by 4 games averaging over 17.4 yards per reception. He's a talented multi sport star with a nice athletic profile.
Evan Wright (2024, RB, Mars Area High School, Pennsylvania)
Wright has packed a big punch so far this season as he follows up an outstanding junior campaign. He's a shifty back that can plant his foot and change direction with precision and pace. Wright has both balance in traffic and blow by speed once he hit the open field. He's a deceptively powerful back that can pack a punch for his size.
Ian Juica (2024, WR, Catasauqua High School, Pennsylvania)
Juica is a talented receiver that deserves to have some eyes on his game. He does a great job working the outside of the field and is a big time threat down the sideline. Juica can make a quick move off the line, get behind the DB and stretch the field. He has solid hands and can snag a ball in traffic as well as go up and get it.
Bryson Roberson (2025, MLB, Sharon High School, Pennsylvania)
Roberson is an elite linebacker with a big time game. He reads the action in the backfield and can attack the play at the line of scrimmage. Roberson is at his best when he gets downhill and uses his elite frame and athleticism to make plays in the backfield. He's a sure handed tackler that causes headaches for opponents that want to run the ball.
Xxavier Thomas (2025, CB, Pittsburgh Central Catholic, Pennsylvania)
Thomas is a supremely talented CB that features a very well rounded skill set. He can step up in the face of a receiver and blanket them off the line as a cover corner. Thomas can also play a deep third and break o the ball and make plays on it. He can be counted on as a sure tackler as well.
