5 MUST SEE PROSPECTS FROM ILLINOIS

Illinois high school football features some top notch talent. Kamp's Korner is going to give you 5 must see players before the season is over.

Bradyn Little (2025, QB, Quincy Senior High School, Illinois)

Little has been both dynamic and efficient this season, backing up similar results from his sophomore season. He's completing over 70% of his passes, an absolutely staggering number. Little has thrown for 31 TD's while only throwing 5 interceptions. He can pick apart defenses out of the shotgun and is tremendous out of the pocket.

Luke Basiorka (2026, RB, Carl Sandburg High School, Illinois)

Basiorka is a talented running back that people will want to see. He's a talented rusher that sees the field and hits a hole fast. Basiorka hits top speed quickly and can turn a short run into a long one before the defense knows what hit them. He's perfectly capable of catching the ball out of the backfield as well.

Zach Washington (2026, WR, St. Francis High School, Illinois)

Washington has had an excellent season so far and is definitely worth a watch. He's at his best when on the outside and can catch the ball in the flat as well as deep in the middle of the field. Washington does a really nice job of picking up YAC. He's able to hit another gear and put his defenders behind him. Washington has been a consistent scorer this season, notching 8 TD's in 8 games.

Luke Estralla (2024, MLB, West Aurora High School, Illinois)

Estralla has had a big time senior season. He's averaging an eye-popping 11 tackles per game. He just has a nose for the ball and finds it. Estralla reads the back and meets them at the line. He doesn't just tackle. Instead, he flat out HITS. He's made some jarring tackles that have been worth the price of admission. Estralla is excellent shedding off blockers and getting to the ball.

Jaime Herrera (2025, FS, Lake View High School, Illinois)

Herrera has been a menace for opponents whenever he's on the field. He has 4 picks in 4 games. There's a lot to like about what Herrera brings to the table and scouts see a lot of upside in his game. He has the potential to be a very dangerous ball hawking defensive back.
