Recruiting News

There is so much recruitable talent in Michigan, so there's always something going on in the recruiting aspect of the game. We're going to take a look at some of the recent recruiting news.

Aubree Allen (2026, F/C, Parma Western)

- Received an offer from Albion College.

Allen is, in our opinion, one of the most dominating post players in Michigan. She can control the glass and score over both shoulders. Allen can also step out and pass from the high post or bury a jumper.

Calista Blue (2026, G/F, Haslett)

- Received an offer from Trine University.

Blue is a player that we've been high on for years.  She can play physical basketball that transfers to the next level. Blue is willing to do "the little things" like set strong screens.

Jordyn Bonnema (2025, G, Kalamazoo Christian)

- Committed to Grand Valley State University. 

Bonnema had a huge senior season. She's a top notch shooter that can score in bunches and connect off the bounce. Bonnema has a high basketball IQ, giving her the ability to read and attack matchups. 

Chloe Bullinger (2026, G, Tecumseh)

- Received an offer from Adrian College.

Bullinger has an impressively diverse game. Everyone knows that she can shoot with range, but we saw her attack lanes with a cut and deliver post feeds this season.

Rennie Huff (2026, G, Jackson Christian)

- Received an offer from Augustana College.

Huff is a prospect that's picking up steam. She scored and scored a lot for Jackson Christian this season. She has deep range on her jumper and recognizes good looks.

Ava Lord (2025, G, West Bloomfield)

- Committed to the University of Olivet.

Lord had a terrific high school career that saw tons of team and individual success. Olivet is getting a winner through and through. 

Harlem Simpson (2027, G, Groves)

-Received a second offer from Detroit Mercy.

Simpson is a rising star that will be making tons of noise around the state over the next couple of years. She's one of the most dynamic guards that you'll see. She's a multi level scorer that can initiate the offense as well.

Leigh Wyman (2026, G, Blissfield)

- Received an offer from Adrian College.

Wyman is the type of guard that puts a lot of pressure on the defense. She can speed them up with her straight line speed with the ball and her ability to hit a teammate with a pass while on the move.
