The PT4L had an impressive collection of teams and talent on Sunday. There were some players that really turned heads and stood out at the event. We're going to take our second look at some of that standout talent at the PT4L GFL.

Savanah Wilson (2026, PF, Ambassador Prep)
Wilson was definitely one of the most impressive post players in the gym. She showed that she has the ability to absolutely dominate the glass. I wasn't even counting, but just from my notes alone, she grabbed at least 5 offensive rebounds in the first game. Those boards led to at least a handful of second chance buckets. Wilson was able to play through contact, draw fouls and get to the free throw line. College coaches are going to want to take a look at Wilson.
Lola Lange (2026, PG, Saline)
I really liked what I saw from Lange at the PT4L. She's the type of player that you have to watch in person to see her overall impact on the game. Lange was really effective working to her right off the wing and attacking downhill. She was able to consistently touch paint all day when the ball was in her hands. Lange showed the ability to find teammates when the defense helped, but also showed that she could score and finish with touch when the defense stayed home.
Essence Jelks (2025, PF, Canton)
Jelks looks ready to have a big time senior season with Canton. She was impressive at the PT4L with her ability to work in the pick and roll. Jelks set a solid physical screen, holding it and rolling comfortably off of it pass ready. She found lanes to the rim allowing her to cut, catch and score. Jelks showed on Sunday that she can work and attack the defense facing the rim and with her back to the basket. With her back to the basket, she flaunted a tough to defend power move to the rim.
Madison Menyweathers (2025, SG, Avondale)
Menyweathers can be an absolute game changer from beyond the arc. She has a knack for being able to regain balance and shoot under control, even with defenders closing or traffic in front. A perfect example of this was when Menyweathers faded to the left away from a defender and buried the pull up triple. She was also able to hit jumpers from deep off the catch. Menyweathers will have to be accounted for as a shooter by opposing defenses this high school season.
Kazyia Forrest (2027, PG, Westfield)
Forrest is a very intriguing prospect that holds some very real upside. She's a 2 way player that can bring a lot of energy to both ends of the floor. Forrest showed range on her jumper with a pull up wing triple. She was also able to show some flash with her handles and attack with her left and finish on that side of the rim. Forrest even turned defense into offense when she used ball pressure to force a turnover and scored in the open floor on the other end.
Myla Talladay (2028, PF, Saline)
Saline is bringing in a very talented freshman in Myla Talladay. One thing was very apparent, she's ready for the physicality of high school basketball. As a matter of fact, I think it can be a strength for her immediately. Talladay is a physical rebounder and defender that has no back down in her demeanor. She was ready and willing to hit the floor for loose balls on Sunday. Talladay also showed that she could score with body control when she hit a pretty righty scoop and score.
