There have been a lot of excellent player performances as we get late in the season. College coaches and fans of the game may want to take notice of these athletes and their recent big time games.
Alyssa Barr (2025, F, Yale)
Barr has really impressed me this season as a talented post player. She was at it again last night helping her team to a win and scoring 20 points.
Molli Brandstadt (2025, G, East Grand Rapids)
Brandstadt is a high quality guard on the west side of the state. She's been getting the job done at EGR for years and did it again last night in a win. She paced her team with 19 total points.
Lydia Brogan (2025, G, Lansing Christian)
I'm going to need to get a Brogan Fan Club shirt made. But her game has exploded this season and she's been an ultra consistent scorer. Brogan racked up 18 in a tight 2 point win against Mason.
Meadow Cameron (2026, G/F, Dakota)
Cameron is a versatile athlete with a huge amount of upside. She helped her team earn a nice win against River Rouge. Cameron finished with a game high 16 points while adding 5 steals and 5 rebounds to her stat line.
Clare Conzelmann (2025, G, Frankenmuth)
Conzelmann has been a staple of girls basketball in Michigan. It's nice to see the 2 way star rack up the accolades. She recently scored her 1000th career point.
Sadie Dykstra (2026, G/F, Yale)
Dykstra is playing like a future Miss Basketball Candidate. The consistent player and scorer had 19 points in the team win.
Gabby Gaydosh (2028, G, Columbia Central)
Gaydosh has been a big time instant impact freshman this season. Against a talented Lumen Christi team, she scored 19 points and grabbed 4 boards.
Aubrey Hiller (2027, G, Manton)
Hiller can be a flat out game changer off the perimeter. The quick ball handler and scorer filled the stat sheet in a Manton win against Beal City. Hiller ended the game with 24 points and 7 steals. She also added a handful of rebounds and assists.
Shelby Ignash (2025, F, Cass City)
Ignash ignited the Cass City squad in an impressive victory against Caro. She scorched the nets with a game high 25 points.
Skylar Ignash (2028, G/F, Cass City)
Another day, another Ignash. The freshman flaunted her game in the win against Caro. She finished the contest with 24 total points.
Sophia Kaltsounis (2025, G/F, Troy)
Hit a game winner in a big game, you get some headlines. Kaltsounis caught the pinpoint pass from Reagan Zeiter and delivered the baseline winner.
Karie Keefer (2025, G, Freeland)
Keefer was her typical solid self in a win against John Glenn. She had 16 points in the contest. For good measure Keefer added 4 rebounds and 3 assists.
Karlie Kimerer (2026, G, Onsted)
Kimerer has been very impressive this season and was again last night in a hard fought win against Hudson. She scored 21 points while showing her well rounded game with 4 steals and 4 rebounds.
Izzy Krause (2025, F/C, Plymouth)
The senior post player dominated the paint in a big win over Brighton. She scored 18 points and grabbed 12 rebounds to complete the double-double.
Alex Link (2025, F, Troy Athens)
Link definitely deserves press with the season she's had and the game that she just played. Link lost to Harper Woods, but Link held her ground with a 15 rebound and 13 point double-double.
Charlotte Martin (2026, F/C, Warren Cousino)
Martin is a player that college coaches will want to be aware of. She led her Cousino team to a victory against L'Anse Creuse North by scoring a game high 15 points and helping to defend the paint.
Aubrin Miller (2026, G, Lakeland)
Miller continued a really nice junior season that's seen her play very efficient basketball. She led the way with 15 points in a hard fought 35-32 win against South Lyon.
Valeria Ricossa (2027, G/F, Armada)
Ricossa is a sophomore that we should keep an eye on. She can attack outside-in or inside-out, and it was evident when she dropped 19 points in a win against Imlay City.
Jazzy Silva (2027, F, East Kentwood)
Silva has shown that she has takeover ability in her game. That came through in the win over West Ottawa. Silva put up a points and rebounds double-double with 16 and 13.
