We've looked at some players that came out of the gates fast this season and put up some big numbers to start. Well, there have been so many fast starts that we decided to add to the list.
Tess Tillman (2025, Wing, Shrine)
Tillman lit up the scoreboard in a win against Lamphere. She finished the game with a jaw dropping 31 points. Tillman is a natural scorer off the wing and can get buckets in a variety of ways.
Reece Ritsema (2027, PF, Thornapple Kellog)
Ritsema put up some insane numbers in a win verse Plainwell. How about this double-double - 22 rebounds and 18 points. That's 2 points shy of a double, double-double.
Izzy Wotlinski (2025, SG, Lake Orion)
Wotlinski had an impressive game in a win against Troy. She scored 19 points and grabbed 8 rebounds. Wotlinski is one of the better rebounding senior guards, in part due to her willingness to play physical basketball.
Elly Bengel (2026, G, Pewamo-Westphalia)
Bengel finished a thrilling win against East Lansing with an eye-popping 31 points. The returning CMAC All Conference player continues to be a big time scoring threat.
Averi Westbay (2025, PF, Riverview)
Westbay dropped 23 points in an impressive win. She's an underrated forward and is one of the better senior post players working off the high post.
Brooklyn Garavaglia (2026, CG, Dakota)
Garavaglia kicked off the season in style, leading her team to a win. She scored 22 points, had 7 steals and dished out 5 assists. Garavaglia is a playmaker that can be dynamic both on and off the ball.
Mirra Fenlon (2025, G, Zeeland East)
Fenlon was outstanding in a win against Reeths Puffer. She finished the game with 17 points. Fenlon is a solid all around athlete that continues to improve as a basketball player.
Sydney Black (2027, SG, East Lansing)
East Lansing was defeated on a last second shot, but Black sent a message. She scored 29 points and hauled in 10 rebounds. Black has power and ball skills and can get downhill in a hurry.
Lexi Hansen (2025, SG, Divine Child)
Hansen is a terrific all around athlete and is committed to Loyola Chicago for softball. She's a multi sport star though and she finished a win against Northville with 18 points and 7 rebounds.
